We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (SPDI Rules), the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (Intermediary Rules), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India. This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, regardless of location.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data as defined under the SPDI Rules, 2011 and DPDP Act, 2023 — including financial information, health records, biometric data, genetic data, caste, religion, political affiliation, or sexual orientation. If you voluntarily include such information in user content, you do so at your own volition and explicit consent. We will delete such data upon discovery unless retention is required by law.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside India where our cloud infrastructure providers operate. In compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023:
Data is stored on secure cloud servers with primary hosting in India. Cross-border transfers are governed by Section 17 of the DPDP Act, 2023 and subject to adequacy determinations.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data of children. Under Section 9 of the DPDP Act, 2023, verifiable parental consent is required before processing any child's data. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at grievance@theprestigetimes.com and we will delete such data within 24 hours.
The Platform may contain links to external websites, embedded content (e.g., videos, social media feeds), and third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal data. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements — including amendments to the DPDP Act, 2023, IT Act, 2000, or any subordinate legislation.
